Upgrading SCA

In order to streamline our student and family data, SCA is in the process of implementing a new student management system, Blackbaud. This system will have several benefits to the entire SCA community. Some of these features are listed below:

For Parents
Secure Parent login allowing:

• Parents to see all their children’s grades/announcements/assignments in one location
• The ability to view financial records for each family member (Coming Soon)
• Online re-enrollment and payment methods (Coming Soon)

Secure Student login allowing:

• Students to see all their grades/announcements/assignments in one location
• The ability to submit assignments online (for applicable classes)
  
  
  

For Teachers

• The ability to enter grades/announcements/assignments in one location
• The ability to communicate with families individually or as a class
  
  
  

For Staff/Administration

• One location for all student/family data
• Integration with Accounting and Development offices
• Ability to track student/family information from first inquiry to graduation
